Sitting here dealing with delays is not particularly fun…
On to a more exciting topic… what are my travelling tips. I do not travel light, I wish I did but there are too many things that I need to take and I am very particular with the way I pack.

1. I hate packing my designer bags in my suitcase… what if they get squashed! Or worse what if they get lost?!

2. I know shoes come with cute shoe bags but again…what if they get squashed?! I need to take them in their boxes… imagine packing that!

3. I need all outfits ready for every event and then I need spare outfits because I always feel that by the end of the holiday I may have indulged in a few too many cocktails and carb-a-licious meals… therefore, my intended outfits may no longer be appropriate… 🙁

4. Make up and essentials, such as contacts, need to be with me at all times in my hand luggage– so if anything is lost I am not stuck in complete limbo…anyone feel the same?

I am so careful on the type of suitcase I purchase as I practicallywant them to be bulletproof to save my precious goodies.I love a good hard-shell case that will not let anything get compressed–secure and easy! My favourite choices are Tumi and Samsonite… but I am thinking of trying the infamous Rimowa…let’s see what the fuss is about.
