New Year…but does it have to be a new you?

Say goodbye to 2018…and let us move forward to bigger and better things.

Every year begins with the idea that we need to improve and renew our mind, body and souls… Well, do we?
2018 has been my most interesting year by far…so much changed in terms of my career, beginning my blog and even changes to my personal life and relationship. At twenty-nine I did not think so much could change so suddenly but it did. So, I have learnt to anticipate and embrace these changes to motivate me to enjoy every minute of 2019.

What am I looking most forward to in 2019…

To enjoy my time with family and friends as much as possible. To fill my days with laughter and less worry.

Meditation is something I will be looking into greatly and will keep you posted on what I come across and how you can implement this wonderful concept into your lives to allow for a more peaceful and relaxed mind in this hectic world.

Fitness is something I have recently been very keen about and I cannot wait to continue with this and begin to really tone up. I love the feeling post workout, it truly is so rewarding and seeing changes to your body from all your hard work is great!

My skin journey with Teresa Tarmey will continue and seeing the improvements to my skin has been one of the greatest things I did for myself in 2018. I hope to continue with the facials and expand on the type of treatments I have to allow for smoother skin. Being able to now wear just Bare minerals rather than a full face of Estee Lauder Double wear… is a dream come true!

My career is forever changing, and continued learning is a big part of what I do…My journey with the Aspire Dental Academy has really widened my knowledge in dentistry along with giving me the greatest support and encouragement to progress. By July 2019 I will have completed their endodontic course, that has already improved my skills greatly!

My conclusion is that all these “New Year resolutions” do not have to be about changing but rather continuing to better yourself and work on new things that excite and motivate you. Most importantly… make you happy!

Happy New Year to my lovely readers! xxx
